My First Experience in 2012 F1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix

Quote of the Day:

“The best part of one’s life is the working part, the creative part. Believe me, I love to succeed… However, the real spiritual and emotional excitement is in the doing.”
~ Garson Kanin ~

First of all, thanks for Anonymous Production to give me the chance to participate in the F1 Paddock Interactive Entrance project. I am not a F1 fans but it is really excited if you were there, hearing the sound of the shrill racing engine, following the live update of the racing and enjoy the fun environment!

We park at Suntech and walk over to the location as this is the nearest place to get there. After finish scanning the pass, we walk up to the Paddock Club area.

Welcome to the 2012 F1 Singtel Singapore Grand Prix, the Paddock Club entrance. Love the idea of the interactive staircase of F1 Singtel Grid Girls from Anonymous Production at the entrance. But the only imperfection is we can’t include the voice in the interactive media due to the F1 racing sound, if not it will be even more interesting and interacting!

They are giving out a free copy of the 2012 F1 Singtel Singapore magazine to all the paddock guests.

After finish working and monitoring the interactive media, we have a walk at the Paddock Club Grandstand.

The entrance access at the grandstand ground floor. Nothing much but you can stand next to the racing circuit.

This is the view from the Paddock Grandstand at the top floor. It’s very crowded with people standing and sitting. You can see the racing cars pass by very clearly with free flow beer and hard liquor served! Nice!

After having a glass of beer and watching a few rounds of the racing, we proceed to one of the luxury area at the 3rd floor — Como Cuisine in Partnership with Culina Lounge!
It is actually open for all the Paddock Club guest and serving different cuisine with fine culinary in 5 different live stations and free flow alcohol drink!

The ‘grand stand’ viewing area in the room is actually covering with a big glass and live update in TVs. You can enjoy the exciting racing with great food and refreshing cocktail in the air-conditioned room at the same time! It’s really a great pleasure of life!

The grandstand view from the room.

Overall, the cuisines are very nice and delicious! Especially the squid ink risotto, oyster, beef tenderloin (my bf ate 3 plates), the mushroom, sliced Iberico Jamon and the jackfruit ginger pudding! Slurp!

After the dinner, we have a few drinks and waiting the for result. This year, Sebastian Vettel from Red Bull racing won the race again, this is his 3 World Championships in a row and he is only 25 years old!

After the final race, they even have the fireworks as the closure of the racing for about 15 minutes! It’s really beautiful!

Here comes with the alcohol drinks!
Watermelon cocktail & coffee cocktail as the starter of the dinner.
My favorite Lychee Martini!
Champagne & Tiger beer on tap (actually this is another lounge which only served drinks.)

Another chilled out area at the Paddock Club ground floor with 2 street food live station — Hong Kong Street Snack & Kueh Pie Tee

The lounge at the ground floor which we had the champagne & beer. They only serve free flow alcohol drinks.

Took a photo with F1 background before leaving!
