Singapore Midnight Dim Sum – Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant

“Nothing would be more tiresome than eating and drinking if God had not made them a pleasure as well as a necessity.”

Where can you find a nice dim sum if you are hungry during midnight? Here is the best recommendation for you – Swee Choon Tim Sum Restaurant (瑞春点心餐厅) at 185/187/189/191 Jalan Besar. (near Mustafa Shopping Centre)

This is my first try dim sum in Singapore when I just came here working. It was introduced by someone special of mine. This shop is operating from 6pm-10am and closed on Tuesday. It’s a very good place for those hungers who always have late dinner or looking for food in the middle of the night.

I have been here for quite a lot of times but always forget to take photo. So, i took this chance to snap some pictures since there are 4 of us sharing this time, means we can order and try more food. 😀

I called these 2 “the Perfect Match”! The Steamed Chicken with Egg (鸡汁) & BBQ Pork Rice (饭菜).
There is a secret way of eating this which is introduced by my special one. You must mix the chicken sauce together with the ‘fan choy’, and it will totally bring out the fragrance of the rice and it tastes even better!
